Clarification on Regimental Healers

Now that we have player character regimental healers I have some queries on how they work.

1. Are Regimental Healers considered members of the regiment or only attached (as followers of Chalana Arroy are not permitted to be members of a regiment). eg: If a member of a regiment and the regimental healer fight a duel, are both disgraced? If a regimental healer meets a member of a rival regiment, is there cause for a duel?
2. A regimental healer counts as a subaltern. Do they have to perform a weeks regimental duty each month? If so, can an initiate+ of Chalana Arroy practice something other than weapon? Can they apply to be an aide to a warchief?
3. Can an initiate+ of Ernalda be a regimental healer of one regiment whilst being a member of a different regiment? Can they hold a rank in a regiment whilst also being that regiments healer? How about a warchief or above?
4. What happens if a regimental healer succeeds in a promotion roll?
5. Almost forgot, if the Regimental Warlord orders a battalion/squadron to the front, can he order the regimental healer to go with them?

They are considered "attached". Too many problems with the alternative.

No, a regimental healer does not count as a subaltern. The position uses the same table rows as subalterns, that's all.

No. I'll add that you can't become a regimental healer if you are already a member of a regiment.

As they can't be promoted they don't roll for promotion.

Roll for promotion : if you can't get promoted, then I believe you get a mention in battlesongs instead? :?:

Just notied I failed to answer this: the regimental healer will always accompany the regiment, or parts of it, to the front.
