King's Champion

If the King's Champion challenges an initiate of Chalana Arroy and they decline the duel, are they then disgraced?
I will add: "An Initiate or higher of Chalana Arroy is only Disgraced by declining a duel with the King's Champion if cause is decided through vote."
Also please note that the CP gains and losses for duels also apply to the King's Champion. (I'll add that too to the rules)
