Can someone remind me of the rules for voting (thinking specifically of the upcoming duel/no-duel vote)?
Is voting a Pre-Turn (Week 0) action?

Re: Voting on duels
Dear Jarrek,
Allow me to help you out since no-one else has replied to you (no-one else obviously includes Erik!).
As far as I am aware, it's a Pre-Monthly action so you can include it with things like Conspicuous Consumption, Borrowing / Repaying loans etc and the GM will total up votes for / against. So just pop your 'No' down in with whatever Pre-Monthly actions you are taking and that should be fine.
Always happy to help a friend.

Re: Voting on duels
Yes, voting is a pre-turn action.
Voting Yes means you think there is cause for duel.
Voting No means you think there is no cause for duel.
A duel can be fought with or without cause.

Re: Voting on duels
I agree with Broar except that where he suggests a "No" vote, I would prefer to see a "Yes".
