Selling a house can be done as a pre-turn action, either to the market for 50% in a quick sale, for 75% if advertised for a turn previously, or to another player for any terms agreed upon by both parties.

Ivarenna is looking to sell her large house. She will accept the highest offer if it is at or above 600L.

This is a significant discount on the regular cost to buy of 700L.

Please respond to this post by midnight on Sunday. I will accept the highest offer received by Monday morning UK time subject to the 600L minimum. This time limit is not a hard limit, more of a request. I will post when the bidding is closed. So any bids prior to that are valid

The winner of the bid will need to include the purchase in their orders I guess.

I've had a communication from that Broar Hofarson chap, he said to tell you that he'll give you the legal paperwork for a diamond mine somewhere near to Duck Point, apparently he says it'll be worth double the 600L that you were asking after. He goes onto say if that wasn't bargain enough, because it's you, a lady he has great respect for, he'll also throw in a genuine Chalana Arroy 'Bracelet of Protection from all Illness'. These things don't come cheap, very rare items and only available from specialist healers.

Appealing 'though Broar's offer is, firstly I am looking for hard cash as I have a loan to pay off, and secondly I would be loath to take advantage of his generosity. Please suggest to Broar that he develop the mine himself. That way he will have 1200L to buy a veritable mansion when the time comes. I have some Mostali contacts at Dwarf Run with relevant mining experience who might be just the people to help him realise a good return on his investment although they do not come cheap.
