It's there. Chapter 19 of the rules: "Titles". The rank number is to the left of the name of the title.

Erinestra would like to apply to be an aide to the chieftain of the Locaem.

(OOC: I am not 100% sure how this works but I think a chieftain is level 4 title and so I need CHA=4 which I have and then succeed on a 6, sorry if I have cocked this up!)
