Silk & Sapphires Emporium services in Early Sea season

The store will be closed on Godsday of Harmony week in Early Sea season as all shop staff are granted the day off to attend services celebrating the life and mourning the death of Senior Merchant's Guild Member Erinestra.

It will remain closed on Freezeday of Death week while the Emporium is rearranged to ensure a number of popular goods previously available at Erinestra's are available to purchase until a new proprietor is found to take over supply of those items.

The Emporium will be open for normal hours of business on other days. Ample stock of cloth has been ordered to supply the attendees at the Royal ball. Grumbold announces that he will be wearing principally red and black in honor of the lifeblood of Boldhome shed during Sacred Time and to mourn the fallen. Incidentally a helpful colour combination for disguising his own significant wounds. He regrets that due to his injuries, customers may have to rely upon the professional services of his highly trained employees rather than receiving the usual level of personal service. Fortunately he assures everyone that they have been rigorously trained to the highest standard.

This state of affairs is likely to continue for the foreseeable as it might be appropriate for a Baron to own a fine mercantile establishment, but not hand stitch the garments, and his time is likely to be spent more at court than in the shop in future.

As one of Erinestra's customers I now find myself in need of a new merchant to cater for my opulent requirements. Since you are due for ennoblement I wonder would you be acceptable to my custom from Late Earth Season onwards?

My recognition this month by King Argrath will fortunately prevent any of these silly spats over status and my emporium will be able to rescind its limitations on who can be a customer from next month.

Ivarenna visits Silks and Sapphires Emporium mainly to enquire after Grumbold's health as he recovers from his injuries, but also to put in an order for green court apparel including matching flower token for the Royal Spring Feast, for both herself and Silast.

She congratulates Grumbold on his forthcoming ennoblement!
