A letter from the Front

For those friends, family and colleagues who are in Boldhome I would like you to know how hard your warriors are fighting to keep the home fires burning!

Under the brilliant Warlord Grumbold’s command, the Royal Foot Guards are in the middle of the battles driving onwards into melee. Shields crash against others, our swords find enemy flesh, but the battle is a whirlwind, shifting and uncertain! But my contribution is swallowed within the greater tide!
In the relentless press I cut down a Lunar officer but the weight of battle was slipping beyond my control with my warriors faltering only to regain their footing moments later. The enemy broke and when the dust settled, the Royal Foot Guards stand victorious.

Now in camp we sing of Grumbold, and his decisive strike and the rout of the Landholders Cavalry.

Pray to Orlanth for our continued success and survival. With the god’s help we will prevail.
