Activities during Sacred Time
Weekly orders are limited to cult actions, but are we able to apply for vacant positions, change clubs and suchlike?

Yes, all pre-Turn actions are allowed (but volunteering for the front will not have any effect).

Shops are closed in Sacred Time.
How does this impact shop ownership? Do we pay expenses and gain CPs as normal for this month or are the costs and CPs absent?
Likewise are we unable to nominate a shop for our routine expenses and thus gain or lose any toady CPs from that? (I assume not)
You have mentioned ConCon being linked to expensive temple sacrifices but I presume that will not count as a pre-turn toady to the high priest instead of the shopkeeper!

Ordering concon and designating a shop are pre-Turn orders, so allowed.
Shop income, costs and CPs are not affected. Sacrifices can be in many forms.
Tending to your shop can only be ordered as a cult duty.
